Buyback Policy

Effective July 2024

PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE USING, PURCHASING, RENTING, VISITING, ASSOCIATING, AND/OR RETURNING CROSS CANNON WELDING, LLC’S WEBSITES, PROPERTIES, PRODUCTS, AND/OR SERVICES. THIS POLICY DESCRIBES HOW CROSS CANNON WELDING, LLC OPERATES REGARDING THIS SUBJECT. CROSS CANNON WELDING, LLC’S WEBSITE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND ALL ASPECTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR YOU TO USE ONLY ON THE CONDITION THAT YOU AGREE TO OUR POLICIES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF OUR POLICIES, DO NOT ACCESS, VISIT USE, SHOP OR ASSOCIATE WITH CROSS CANNON WELDING, LLC AND ITS WEBSITES, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND/OR PROPERTIES. BY ACCESSING, USING, PURCHASING, RENTING, VISITING, ASSOCIATING, AND/OR RETURNING CROSS CANNON WELDING, LLC’S WEBSITES, PROPERTIES, PRODUCTS, AND/OR SERVICES YOU AND THE ENTITY YOU ARE AUTHORIZED TO REPRESENT SIGNIFY YOUR AGREEMENT TO ITS POLICIES.

Jurisdiction

This Policy and all our policies shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. The waiver of any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of any other provision or of our right to require strict observance of each of the terms herein. If any provision of this is found to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason, that provision shall be severable, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

What CCW Buys Back

Cross Cannon Welding, LLC’s buyback policy is for fire pit products. From small to large. We are willing to offer to buy a firepit back from a customer who is looking to get some money back from their purchase. This is a voluntary policy for the company. Cross Cannon Welding holds all rights to either refuse to make you an offer or to offer low figures for any reason it deems fit. We are not required to buy your fire pit back or offer you a fair price on buying it back.CCW recognizes for many reasons like, but not limited to, wanting to upgrade to a bigger fire pit, looking for a new design, or not able to have a firepit anymore, one of our family members may look to get some money back hassle free. We do not offer this program for our CNC cutting products.

Process

For Cross Cannon Welding, LLC Family members interested in selling their fire pit back to CCW, we ask that you send a reasonable number of pictures or videos of the fire pit so we may accurately assess its value. Email all photos and videos to CrossCannonWelding@gmail.comwith “BUYBACK [full name] and product description” in the subject line. The company will take your supplied materials and do its best to evaluate a fair to both the customer and its resale considerations. The company also holds the right to give no offer or a very low number. This is a voluntary policy created to help our CCW Family but sometimes we may need to refuse to buy back a fire pit.

CCW Considerations on Value

Cross Cannon Welding, LLC reviews the materials supplied by the customer and evaluates based on, but not limited to, condition, theme, type and loyalty. CCW, when offering to buy back, usually aims to offer a price where the customer is happy enough and the company has enough room to safely resell the fire pit to someone who may not be able to afford a brand-new fire pit.

If you bought a custom fire pit and are looking to use this Policy then note that the resell of a custom firepit can be very risky for Cross Cannon Welding, LLC depending on the design of the fire pit. Furthermore, the resell value is going to be less than a standard fire pit so the company will most likely have to offer a lower number than expected considering the original price tag. 

If the customer has a deposit on or buys a new firepit that day, the company has the right to increase the value of the buy back as loyalty is expressed in this action.

Delivery

When a product must be shipped to the company after reaching an agreement on the Buyback, the customer is responsible for the costs of getting the fire pit to the company.  Cross Cannon Welding, LLC recommends this Policy be used by local customers but has it available for the whole family. Local Family members should work out a time with the company for drop off.

Payment

No payments or funds will be paid out until the product is on company property in reasonably similar shape as presented in the email buyback request. If Cross Cannon Welding, LLC receive your product in a state that is beyond reasonably different from the repot photos and videos supplied, the company has the right to modify the amount being returned to the customer. This is applied when the company has solid reason to believe either the material originally supplied was false or the customer damaged or modified the product after the buyback was agreed on for any reason. Once the Buyback process is started and completed, no modification to the product is allowed unless explicitly approved in an email by the company. The company holds the right to deny all payment if Cross Cannon Welding has good grounds to believe the product was modified in a malicious manner towards the product and/or company. DO NOT MODIFY ANY PRODUCT ONCE YOU HAVE SUBMITTED THE INTIAL EMAIL TO CROSS CANNON WELDING, LLC WITHOUT EXPLICIT APPROVAL IN EMAIL FROM THE COMPANY OR YOUR BUYBACK WILL BE VOIDED AND YOU WILL HAVE TO RECLAIM YOUR PRODUCT OR ABANDON IT TO CCW AT YOUR OWN COST.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

BY USING, PURCHASING, RENTING, VISITING, ASSOCIATING, AND/OR RETURNING CROSS CANNON WELDING, LLC’S WEBSITES, PROPERTIES, PRODUCTS, AND/OR SERVICES, YOU ARE HERBY ACCEPTING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STIPULATED WITHIN THIS POLICY AND ALL OUR POLICES. IF YOU ARE NOT IN AGREEMENT WITH OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN ANY POLICY OF CROSS CANNON WELDING, LLC, THEN YOU SHOULD REFRAIN FROM FURTHER USE, PURCHASE, RENTING, VISITING, ASSOCIATING, AND/OR RETURNING OF CROSS CANNON WELDING, LLC’S WEBSITES, PROPERTIES, PRODUCTS, AND/OR SERVICES. IN ADDITION, YOUR CONTINUED USE, PURCHASING, RENTING, VISITING, ASSOCIATING, AND/OR RETURNING OF CROSS CANNON WELDING, LLC’S WEBSITES, PROPERTIES, PRODUCTS, AND/OR SERVICES FOLLOWING THE POSTING OF ANY UPDATES OR CHANGES TO OUR POLICIES SHALL MEAN YOU AGREE AND ACCEPT SUCH CHANGES.

We reserve the right to modify or amend Cross Cannon Welding, LLC Polices from time to time without notice. Your continued use, purchasing, renting, visiting, associating, and/or returning of Cross Cannon Welding, LLC’s websites, properties, products, and/or services following the posting of changes to this Policy will mean you accept those changes.
