Jurisdiction

This Policy and all our policies shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. The waiver of any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of any other provision or of our right to require strict observance of each of the terms herein. If any provision of this is found to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason, that provision shall be severable, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

The goals of this company are to provide top tier fire pits to patriotic and God-fearing Americans. We do not serve only those groups but those who this company wishes to serve. We want this website, our social media pages and our properties to be treated with respect and to be peaceful places. It is for that reason this company has established this Community Standard Policy.

Cross Cannon Welding, LLC has no intention, now or in the future, of discriminating against anyone for any reason. The company just asks everyone to respect it’s Christian Fatih and love for the United States of America.

Cross Cannon Welding, LLC ask everyone who is on our website, social media pages and property to:

-Be respectful of those around who are trying to enjoy their time with Cross Cannon Welding.

-Be respectful of Christianity and America, if you need to trash what CCW holds dear than we recommend you do business with another company.

-Do not harass or judge others.

Cross Cannon Welding, LLC prohibits:

-Discouraging remarks towards others.

-Anit -Christian or unpatriotic remarks/foolishness.

-Name calling and other malicious behavior.
