Return & Refund Policy

Let me say if you are reading this because you are unsatisfied with one of our products, services or something has happened to a product; we are sorry to hear and apologize for any issue you have had. Please keep reading and hopefully this will give you an idea of your options.

PLEASE READ THIS POLICY CAREFULLY BEFORE USING, PURCHASING, RENTING, VISITING, ASSOCIATING, AND/OR RETURNING CROSS CANNON WELDING, LLC’S WEBSITES, PROPERTIES, PRODUCTS, AND/OR SERVICES. THIS POLICY DESCRIBES HOW CROSS CANNON WELDING, LLC OPERATES REGARDING THIS SUBJECT. CROSS CANNON WELDING, LLC’S WEBSITE, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND ALL ASPECTS ARE AVAILABLE FOR YOU TO USE ONLY ON THE CONDITION THAT YOU AGREE TO OUR POLICIES. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ALL OF OUR POLICIES, DO NOT ACCESS, VISIT USE, SHOP OR ASSOCIATE WITH CROSS CANNON WELDING, LLC AND ITS WEBSITES, PRODUCTS, SERVICES AND/OR PROPERTIES. BY ACCESSING, USING, PURCHASING, RENTING, VISITING, ASSOCIATING, AND/OR RETURNING CROSS CANNON WELDING, LLC’S WEBSITES, PROPERTIES, PRODUCTS, AND/OR SERVICES YOU AND THE ENTITY YOU ARE AUTHORIZED TO REPRESENT SIGNIFY YOUR AGREEMENT TO ITS POLICIES.

We reserve the right to make changes to this and all our policies at any given time, without notice. If you want to make sure that you are up to date with the latest changes, we advise you to frequently visit and fully read our policies listed at the end of this document.

Jurisdiction

This Policy and all our policies shall be construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to any conflict of law provisions. The waiver of any provision of these Terms shall not be considered a waiver of any other provision or of our right to require strict observance of each of the terms herein. If any provision of this is found to be unenforceable or invalid for any reason, that provision shall be severable, and all other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

At Cross Cannon Welding, LLC, all sales are final once the product is shipped or taken off the property. We only offer a return policy for rare instances where our products have extreme issues that are the fault of the company. When shipping is required, CCW only offers up to 100$ for the UPS standard shipping. CCW does NOT offer returns on ANY products once modified from the state they were shipped, picked up and/or claimed.

Cross Cannon Welding, LLC recommends all interested people thinking about buying products from the company to consider all aspects of what buying our products will result in. We do not want any of our family members to be burdened with our products and with our limited Return and Refund Policy, we would not want anyone to be in a less-than-ideal situation due to a purchase.

Returns

Opportunity for Returns

If a product is found to have a critical issue to either appearance and/or use, Cross Cannon Welding, LLC offers a five (5) year period after the purchasing of our products where customers can attempt to return their products under our Warranty Policy [found here (https://crosscannonwelding.com/warranty-policy)].

What Can Be Returned

Cross Cannon Welding, LLC does not accept returns for all products. The company only claims liability for products that have a detrimental defect or issue covered in the company’s Warranty Policy [found here (https://crosscannonwelding.com/warranty-policy)]. All products must be well photographed and videoed for proof of critical defect or issue and emailed to CrossCannonWelding@gmail.com. Cross Cannon Welding, LLC must verify if the defect or issue to be at the fault of the company. The company is only liable and /or responsible for allowing the return of products that are not as promised and are covered under our Warranty Policy [found here (https://crosscannonwelding.com/warranty-policy)]. 

If the product has been modified in any way from the condition it was received, Cross Cannon Welding, LLC is not required to accept returns even if covered by the initial Warranty Policy. Modifications may, but are not limited to, painting, welding, grinding, heavy rusting, any other change to the products delivered condition. The company may choose to still allow the warranty return but once modified, it is voluntary for the company.

Cross Cannon Welding is not required and will not accept returns due to a customer or the agent they represent changing their mind or regretting a purchase for any reason. We have a Buyback Policy [found here (https://crosscannonwelding.com/buyback-policy)] for anyone trying to return their products.

Delivery of Returned Product

When Cross Cannon Welding has notified you that they will accept your return request, the company will inform you of the next steps. 

-If you are local enough where you can drop it off or the company can pick it up, CCW will reach out to see what option works best for the customer.

-If you are a national family member and are going to need to ship their product back, CCW will cover up to 100$ for standard UPS ground shipping.  

Refund Policy

Cross Cannon Welding, LLC will only issue a refund in situations covered by our Warranty Policy [found here (https://crosscannonwelding.com/warranty-policy)] when it is the more appropriate and reasonable option.  Refunds are not the company’s primary option and must be a serious issue. 

Partial Refund

Cross Cannon Welding, LLC generally chooses to offer partial refunds to remedy the unsatisfactory issue covered by our warranty. We do not set standard partial refunds. These will be discussed with customers and based off the severity of the issue or defect. Partial refunds are available for issues not covered by warranty but are completely voluntary for CCW. 

Cross Cannon Welding, LLC is not out to bring any unneeded stress or hardship to its family members, but it is not the fault of the company if you changed your mind, or your situation has changed. If circumstances where we are at fault, we will gladly work with you on finding the best way to resolve your issues covered by warranty and aim to win back your trust and satisfaction.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

BY USING, PURCHASING, RENTING, VISITING, ASSOCIATING, AND/OR RETURNING CROSS CANNON WELDING, LLC’S WEBSITES, PROPERTIES, PRODUCTS, AND/OR SERVICES, YOU ARE HERBY ACCEPTING THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS STIPULATED WITHIN THIS POLICY AND ALL OUR POLICES. IF YOU ARE NOT IN AGREEMENT WITH OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN ANY POLICY OF CROSS CANNON WELDING, LLC, THEN YOU SHOULD REFRAIN FROM FURTHER USE, PURCHASE, RENTING, VISITING, ASSOCIATING, AND/OR RETURNING OF CROSS CANNON WELDING, LLC’S WEBSITES, PROPERTIES, PRODUCTS, AND/OR SERVICES. IN ADDITION, YOUR CONTINUED USE, PURCHASING, RENTING, VISITING, ASSOCIATING, AND/OR RETURNING OF CROSS CANNON WELDING, LLC’S WEBSITES, PROPERTIES, PRODUCTS, AND/OR SERVICES FOLLOWING THE POSTING OF ANY UPDATES OR CHANGES TO OUR POLICIES SHALL MEAN YOU AGREE AND ACCEPT SUCH CHANGES.

We reserve the right to modify or amend Cross Cannon Welding, LLC Polices from time to time without notice. Your continued use, purchasing, renting, visiting, associating, and/or returning of Cross Cannon Welding, LLC’s websites, properties, products, and/or services following the posting of changes to this Policy will mean you accept those changes.
